The commercial complex consists of a 28-stories building with 8 stories located underground. The field work consists of one 60m Geotechnical borehole drilled under the high rise part. Allowable static bearing capacity and settlement of different types of shallow and deep foundation in addition to exploration program prepared by Mandro (2004) for engineering purposes. In order to check the bearing capacity of foundation for lowerrity underground water and stabilizing the walls of excavation, further investigation will be prepared.

Jask Oil Terminal:

The field work consists of 630m offshore and 1210m onshore Geotechnical drilling, sampling, in-situ testing such as SPT, PMT, Electrical Resistivity, Plate Load, CBR and Downhole tests, Geological, Hydrological, Hydroclimatological and Seismic Hazard risk will also be studied. Offshore survey will  be perform from ARTEMIS and ARAS drilling vessel and Onshore survey will be performed by 4 mobile and skid base drilling machines.
